Told the front desk and was advised "Oh, yeah, it was fixed but the part broke." No apology, no offer of credit. No warning. Sign in elevator said water was going to be shut off that day from 11 am to 5 pm. No free breakfast, which was also disappointing for the amount of money you pay for a room. Asked for free cookies night before, "I only have 1 left. We are having trouble with our cookie supplier." Funny, same girl told me that in the morning when I left.
