"The lobby needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was subpar. The toaster wad not working. Not much of a sekection of food. The room was good and clean. The sheets had some stains on them. The towels needed to be upgraded. Kind of thin. "

"Fridge was dirty and barely hanging on. Made horrible loud sounds all night. Room (non smoking) smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it was hard to breathe upon first entering. The shower water takes about 5-7 business days for the temperature to adjust, so either start it in advance or spend the whole shower adjusting the temperature. The parking lot is littered with trash and tweakers. We were not given the room that we booked and paid for in advance. It's the kind of shoddy hotel you see in movies. "

"I was treated rudely at Bruins just coming off the jet. All I wanted was a beer and a light dinner as it was late. The bartender was very short, unwelcoming, and rude! I will call his supervisor to complain now that I am checked out. The service I was recieving was the night of April 22."

"If you are going to Alaska and flying out to other areas, this is the place to stay. Although the place is a little old, it is kept in good shape and the staff is more than helpful and very friendly."
