There was very little parking which made it difficult in the ice and getting luggage in on the ice and snow. The place is beautiful. The heat just never came on in our room. Without the portable heater we would have froze. Thankful they provided that!

This was a charming space with a shared living area on the first floor. I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful breakfast selection of bagels, butter/cream cheese, yogurts, fruit, juice and coffee. Snacks such as granola bars and chips were also available. I enjoyed chatting with other guests in this space and sharing our travel experiences and suggestions. Parking was right in front and a selection of restaurants were in walking distance.

This has been the BEST place we've stayed so far on our trip to Alaska. Everything is very clean, beautiful furnishings, lovely kitchen area with everything we need for breakfast and snacks. Plenty of washrags, towels, extra blankets,etc. The only thing I gave a 4star rating for was the parking lot. There had been a big winter storm and none of us could find a shovel or anything to help us get our cars out of the parking lot. Some guests struggled as they had to make it to the airport. Once several of us were able to get our cars out of the way, at some point, someone came along and plowed the parking lot - then it was all fine. But other than that minor issue, we LOVED our stay. Highly recommend!
