"We are from Florida and Hotel Captain Cook really stood out for us. We arrived later in day, wonderful staff checked us in, and then we headed to the rooftop restaurant for an appetizer and drink. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and a cozy experience. "

Lobby, breakfast atea and hallways were very cold. Room appeared to be fairly clean and functional. Front desk staff were pleasant but also freezing (wearing parka and had space heater). "
