The staff are friendly, the amenities are nice, the room is comfy, spacious, and modern. The gym was actually impressive for the space. Definitely recommend this hotel"

"The room was fine. The large ceiling fan had to be on low in order to keep the room at a desirable sleeping temperature. The art and wooden walls in hallways were very attractive."

"Check in was a bit awkward because it feels like checking into an apartment building rather than a hotel. The lobby is super small. And finding out there is no designated parking, discounted parking, or risk free parking was very upsetting. I hate parking on the street even though it was free this weekend, but the only alternative was to pay $30 in a lot; neither of which provides any protection from getting hit, homeless, drunks, or weather. No amenities were mentioned so I don’t know if they exist. There was no mention of breakfast, snacks, the pool, etc even though some of the reviews I had read mentioned shared amenities with the hotel across the street. The size of the room was awesome. We very much appreciated finding a clean hotel downtown that is affordable and is NOT filled with homeless people or bed bugs! The bathroom could use some remodeling, the mini-fridge was turned off and looks ancient, and the remote control was super difficult to make work. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room. We will definitely be staying here again. Hopefully, the prices stay reasonable! They do offer an Alaska resident rate on their website, BUT they’re offering cheaper rates through orbitz so we ended up having to book that way. "

"Staff was extremely accommodating when our room didnt have a working thermostat and outlets were being used for odds and ends due to renovations. Super awesome customer service. We also loved the easy accessible gift shop, which has everything you need for a family! Not just gifts - snacks, medical supplies, clothes, toiletries, etc. Awesome stay at the Hilton!"

"Great location for attending my meetings at the Egan Center. Nice accomodations, well stocked kitchenette, very good bed, very clean and airy, comfortable heat. Some street noise a couple of nights, not a problem since ear plugs were available."
