"Ruby Emma Hotel & Bar is a highly intentional, tech forward stay where everything is designed for ease and comfort. Self check in is seamless and the in room tablet controls lights, temperature, and blackout shades. Rooms are compact but smartly designed with a dual use sink, separate toilet and shower, automatic lighting, a great vanity mirror, leather bench, magnetic side tables, a large safe, and two Marshall speakers. The downstairs bar has great vibes, excellent coffee, and solid food, with a higher end restaurant on the top floor. Elevator logistics reduce wait times, and there are workspaces on upper floors. Directly across from the metro, the location is perfect. What stood out most was the staff, genuinely friendly and engaging. One of our best stays ever. 🤗"

"Breakfast was well above average and the restaurant spacious. At 25 euro, a little pricey if you are not a big breakfast eater, but there are not a lot of options in the immediate area. Hotel is not downtown but it is very close to the metro line and only about a 14 minute ride to city center and main train station. I consider the trade off fair as the accommodations are nicer and more spacious than anything you will find near city center for comparable money. "

"The staff were nice and friendly; however, other aspects were poor—such as the cleanliness of the hotel, the bed, and the bathroom. It’s not recommended to stay there!!!!! And I don’t know how thy can use name of Mövenpick???"

"Everything was great! The room was both beautiful and incredibly comfortable, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and very worth adding on, and staff was great. "

"Traveling from the USA first time stay in Amsterdam. Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was truly amazing!! Parking was a little tricky with gate and did not know I had to pay per day. On website said self parking. AC/Heat unit did not work however gave us a fan, if it would have been warmer outside may have been a problem? Also did not know about the city tax per day - not a big deal and we understand. Overall experience very good - great location close to train station and some really good restaurants!!"

"Booked Mercury Amsterdam and two days later tried to cancel. They would not refund my money were absolutely not helpful at all not responsive. I was very dissatisfied with this mercury Amsterdam. I would not recommend it to anybody."
