I loved this place. It was quiet, clean, the staff were lovely, the food was fantastic. I had some great massages and did yoga while the sun rose over the hills. I thought it was great value for money. The bed was really comfy too.

This is a beautiful, serene and very enjoyable hotel. The beach is lovely with views from everywhere. My room was spacious, quiet and well furnished with a lovely balcony and spectacular beach view. I loved both the evening and the morning ambience. The restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent service and high quality food. I’m sorry I couldn’t stay longer. Well done everyone, thank you. I would very happily return.

Very courteous, polite & friendly staff.

This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Regency Trivandrum and it’s only become better with time. The rooms are clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel common areas are beautiful with a huge pool and probably the best gym I have experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. Great place to stay. Slightly removed from commotion of beach strip, so a clean and quiet place to retire to at the end of the day. Staff brilliant. Hotel and room very pleasing. We had a room on floor below pool and loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests as everything was taken care of. For a hotel to feel 5 star for us, it needs to feel exclusive but still like home. The excellent customer service skills made this possible. Very helpful and considerate staff. The buffet meals were excellent. The hotel is clean and well laid out. We have a 6 six year old and a 1 year old, and the staff did every thing they could to make meals more enjoyable.
