In addition to cleanliness and amenities one expects from a five-star hotel the staff were overwhelmingly friendly, welcoming and seemed to truly interacting with the guests and providing solutions to any concerns. I will definitely stay there again when in Trivanduram

Amazing hotel, well worth every penny.
Stayed for 10 days here and was the best decision. Got a great room with good view of city. All the services were amazing as well as the staff. The position of this hotel in the heart of the city made it very convient to access to any direction i had to go. The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too!
