Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance.

The building is all traditional Kerala, lots of dark wood, and a very amusing lift playing Tamil music.
My balcony faced the fires of coconut palms, with birds occasionally calling out, but the dominant sound was the breakers as the beach is 20 metres down the lane.
The room was spacious and comfortable: a bit old fashioned so this is not a modern smart business hotel. It is much better.
I really enjoyed my stay.
The worst thing was the feeble WiFi.
Plenty of storage and the bathroom entirely adequate.
