Breakfast on the other hand, Showed up just before 930. No one to greet us. After a few minutes someone appeared and sat us. Ordered soft poached eggs and a few sides to share. Around 10, wondering where food is as checkout is 1030. Food shows up. Eggs are rock hard. Look around no staff. Go to kitchen behind closed door. Find 3 staff having a chat. "What a wonderful escape! Our CABN X had everything you could need. The kitchen was incredible well stocked, loved the deep soaking tub and sauna, the location was in a perfectly serene area of Barossa surrounded by outstanding wineries and just minutes from the bike trail. It appears the “community” of Cabns is new. They have planted 100’s of native plans and give it a year the privacy between cabins will be excellent. The designers have really thought of EVERYTHING. "Amazing stay at Anlaby. Our little cottage was gorgeous and the grounds are lovely to wander around in. The breakfast provisions were ample and there were lots of nice little touches. Comfy beds and a lovely lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating. Couldn't fault it."

It is a pleasant short walk to the historic town centre where the pub has excellent meals and the cafe opposite has wonderful coffee and pastries served in gardens.
