"I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it has gone downhill but this time was unbelievable. Shockingly bad service from the outset. The night manager who took ages to answer the door to the breakfast with intermittent hot food, with missing equipment, awful check-in, poor coffee and everything in between. The hotel is shabby looking but it’s the staff which make it truly awful. Radisson rely on being the only hotel within the airport and they are ripping customers off more and more. It is absolutely worth walking another 10mins to stay in any of the other hotels."

"Free parking onsite. Excellent leisure facilities with 24/7 gym, and a pool and hydrotherapy suite open til late PM. Breakfast selection was fantastic and the cooked food was really nice. Eggs nice and dippy, not overly greasy food either which was good. Lovely continental selection too. The rooms are quite cosy size wise....I stayed in a twin, but it had everything you needed. Only negative was the doors weren't the best for keeping out noise from the corridors, but otherwise the stay was great. Would happily stay again. The staff in the bar and restaurant were so friendly and kind. It was really refreshing."

"Check in was quick. Room was wonderfully clean and set up well for our family of 3. Bathroom was clean with large walk in shower. Liked the little touch of 2 apple juice cartons with the tea/coffees as we had a child with us. Was exactly what was needed when arriving at 2am. Breakfast staff who showed us to table was very friendly and showed us all around the breakfast as we hadn’t stayed before. Fried egg station oil needed to be hotter. Eggs were taking so long that people were leaving the queue and those who remained ended up with the rest of their breakfast being freezing cold."
