We want to clarify some things regarding your stay.Regarding the parking, we do not have to give you any valet because the parking with we have an agreement which, does not work like that, we simply have to put the stamp on the ticket, an action that we have to do as long as you bring the ticket to reception. Before we can not do it due to the absence of the ticket. Parking is 400 meters from the hotel and costs 9.50 per day. We inform all our interested clients of this information.Regarding the laundry, we inform you that it was an external service, for which we obviously take responsibility and we apologise for taking longer than desired. We want to make it clear that we did call and many times but due to the processions through all the streets of the center of Alicante (Easter), they could not bring the clothes before.
