"No fault with the accommodation at all, which was very clean and brilliantly located in the old town of Alcudia. However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. Also no chopping boards, despite being asked in the notes to not cut things up on work surfaces! Not even a tablet for the dishwasher. On the terrace, no cushions for any of the furniture. "Well equipped with everything that is needed for indoor and outdoor living. Far enough off of the beaten path and not too far from Pollenca and Alcudia and their ports. We would definitely rent this villa again!"

"The property is situated conveniently next to the beach with a private passage about 15 meters to the sand. The ocean was beautiful clear and calm with lots of activities available near by such as jet skiing, long boarding and windsurfing. The house has a lovely outdoor space with a bar-b-que and tables with seating for large groups as well as a large pool and grassy yard. "We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"We have just returned from a family holiday, 6 adults and a small child. The villa is beautiful. Better than the photographs! It is private in a quiet street not heavy with passing traffic and away from the main buzz of the clubs and bars. The beach is a 15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops close by within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are large and spacious, plenty of space for everyone. The pool is fantastic for the children, it’s safe and private. It was a joy to stay...

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"The great place we had such a fun time staying in this place! The owner and house manager were extremely communicative, and the house was well equipped with everything that we needed. There is a beach that’s a 15 minute walk away and the town is easy to taxi to and very cheap for the taxis. we could not have had a better place to stay for our vacation, and we highly recommend this place for others!"
