Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this modern beachside flat with terrace, which sleeps up to 2 people.
This cosy flat offers a privileged location thanks to the access that the urbanization has directly to the beautiful and extensive Alcudia Beach, where you can relax in the mornings under the warm Mallorcan sun. At dinner time, you will be able to enjoy a pleasant evening outdoors on the fantastic furnished terrace with sea views, which makes this flat a fantastic option to spend a few days on the coast of Majorca.

The flat is located on the third floor without lift and is distributed over one floor. Entering the modern interior, you will find a spacious and bright living room with double height where the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are distributed. The living room area has a sofa next to the TV with smart TV, ideal to spend the evenings watching movies with your companions. In the ceramic hob kitchen you will be able to prepare delicious meals as it is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, the first with two single beds and the second with a single bed, both equipped with wardrobe. Finally, a full bathroom with shower serves the entire flat. All the rooms are equipped with A/C. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

The location is ideal as it is in Puerto de Alcudia, which combines the charm of a lively seaport with white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. A few kilometres away, you will find the town of Alcudia, which stands out for its walled old town, cobbled streets and its wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the local gastronomy. The exterior of the urbanisation gives access to the beach, making this destination a perfect balance between history, beach and nature.

Tolle Lage , direkt am Strand.(ca. 25.Meter zu Fuß)....Luftlinie...!!! Wir haben es genossen und den Blick , am Steg genießen können. Das Appartement ist in der 3. Etage , mit einem Aufgang , bisschen laufen und dann 2 Wendeltreppen ...für mich OK , da ich nicht viel Gepäck dabei hatte. Sehr Sauber . Es könnte ein wenig mehr an Ablagen investiert werden: Im Bad über dem Waschbecken und der Dusche und Haken am Eingangsbereich oder Türen. Kleinigkeiten wie defekter Wasserkocher ... Die Terrassentür sollte mal intakt gesetzt werden, da sie nicht abzuschließen war.
