"It’s the only place I stay while in town. "

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use. "

"It's stated that breakfast is included. Not true. A $15 voucher for breakfast is included. Breakfast with the voucer still cost over $30. "
