"They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. "I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Palermo’s historic center, just a few blocks from the Cathedral of Palermo, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and sightseeing opportunities. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We stayed in a Quattro room with my mother, husband, and daughter, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably. Breakfast was included and was a highlight of each morning. The selection was extensive, high quality, and featured a wonderful variety of traditional Italian breakfast offerings. It was the perfect way to start every day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They helped arrange transportation to the beach, provided towels and water bottles whenever we needed them, assisted with shipping a package without hesitation, and handled restaurant reservations with ease. No request was ever too much trouble. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of the staff made this trip truly special. They played a huge role in making our family vacation perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that is comfortable, and welcominf stay here!"
