"The staff were very professional and friendly. It is reasonably priced, walkable to the stations, shops, and restaurants. It is great to have breakfast everyday with the view of the canal."
"The Hotel was great, the rooms felt a little old; but they were clean and what we expected. The benefit was that it was smack-dab in akihabra with tonnes of shops around so if that's what you're looking for it's a great place to stay."

"Very convenient location, everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The bedding wasn’t very clean. "
"We had to change accommodations when we arrived in Japan at 2am from another place. We were able to get into our new room by 4am.
Staff was excellent and very responsive. Very enjoyable stay"
"Very nice for its price. Basically next to the heart of akihabara. Has a station entrance close by, but need to transfer for most places. Has a bath house. "
"Hotel was nicely situated in a residential area on a smaller, quieter street. Safe neighbourhood. About a 5-9 mins walk to Akihabara station (depending on which entrance you are using). Restaurants, drug stores and shopping were about a 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Lots of options to choose from. Family mart across the street and 7/11 two blocks down.
Stayed in 2 connecting rooms, each with 2 twin beds and a washroom. The rooms were a good size in Japan standards and very clean. The beds comfortable and were raised up on a platform which allowed 2 large luggage pieces to be stored underneath. The floor area is big enough to have two large luggage pieces to be open at the same time. Washroom was spacious and had a long counter to put toiletries and makeup/face products for the wife. Auto flushing toilet with a bidet was a nice feature. Shower stall only, no tub.
There was an independently operated climate control unit in the room. Had to turn it on/off with a remote. They don’t recommend leaving it on when you are away to prevent the ac dripping on your bed.
Laundry machine and dryer was available. 300 yen for a wash and 100 yen for each 30 mins of drying. Very helpful to minimize the amount of clothing required on the trip.
Overall, very good experience. I would stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. "
"Great hotel right in the middle of electric city, comfy beds, cold A/C and opposite a family mart for snacks. Tube station 200 yards away
Rooms are small but that is expected in central Tokyo, 2 in a room is max, we had 2 rooms between 3 people (1 child, 2 Adults)"
