"Really lovely stay, the staff were incredible and friendly. The area has loads to do from food to entertainment.
Will stay again next time in in Shinjuku 😁"
"This property was one of the best we have stayed anywhere. Very quaint quiet all the amenities you could ask for even a free bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations "

"Amazing! As a single female I had a lovely stay. I used the onsen daily after walking. It was close to great shopping, trains and places to eat. Perfect room for me! "
"The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the turndown service and cleaning team did an amazing job, the hotel is extremely close to train stations. I will definitely be returning."
"This hotel was perfect for our 5 nights in Tokyo. The location was ideal, right next to metro station and also a short walk into the centre of Shinjuku for shopping and food.
The room was really nice and a good size, but there was only a few hangers to store clothes and no wardrobe so we couldn’t really unpack and the room started to feel quite messy.
We were disappointed at the lack of housekeeping. You could put a magnet on the door for them to change the bins and swap the towels but they didn’t change our sheets or clean the room for the whole 5 nights. We probably could have requested this at reception but we kept forgetting, so I didn’t think it justified knocking a star off the rating as overall we had a fantastic stay."
"Great boutique hotel. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. There’s a bakery as well as some dining options in house. The room was very clean and cozy. I would stay heee again if I return. "
"The property was not only clean but easy to get transportation and also walking distance for all things, entertainment, food, shopping. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "
