"Centrally located in Shinjuku and a 10 minute walk to the central station which can take you anywhere in Tokyo and beyond using JR Pass lines as well as local lines using IC cards like Suica. The hotel is excellently maintained, the room we had was very adequately sized for two. The hotel offers a traditional and western breakfast. The reception staff were truly exceptional, always ready to help with directions and recommendations. We enjoyed our 5 nights and the centrality of its location. 5 Stars."

"The hotel itself is situated in an excellent spot in Shinjuku. It is only a 10 minute walk to the station, but there are still tons of things to do in Shinjuku if you do not feel like going out too much. Rooms are very clean and the free amenities in the lobby were great. It also has excellent sound proofing. I could barely hear any sounds from rooms around us except maybe the occasional footsteps upstairs, but nothing that would wake you up. I am a light sleeper so this was great. The A/C is good and quiet. The rooms are tiny, so take that into consideration, but that is usual for a hotel in the city. The front desk staff were very helpful when my mother left her bag on the airport limousine bus. They were able to call the bus company and identify the bag for us. We were able to get it back the next day. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
