"My boyfriend sprained his ankle a few hours before arrival. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, particularly the driver who took us to the airport very early this morning. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We ordered food from the restaurant- plantain coated, crispy fish and the steak risotto. Both were excellent. We did have trouble dialing the restaurant from the room phone - it wouldn’t connect. But does not detract from the excellent customer service and the comfort of the room. We would stay here again."

"Perfectly located just a 100 m from a pedestrian bridge leading to Multiplaza, Escazú mall. Rooms were ample, not luxurious, but well suited for a short stay.
