We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our last 2 nights in Costa Rica. It was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. The top floor with pool was great with amazing views. Our room with balcony was perfect! We booked the premium room on the 7th floor for dining perks. Breakfast buffet was amazing and snacks in the evening was more like a full course dinner. 24 hr access to coffee and refreshments. I will definitely book again at the Sheraton.

I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me. One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work. What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby would benefit from stronger air conditioning since it tends to feel warm.
