"Nice art deco styling. Stayed in Junior North Terrace Suite - bed was very firm and not very comfortable; pillows were good. Lounge seat was hard and uncomfortable. Spa bath wonderful but no bubbles provided. Shower recess cleaned feed by flimsy white curtains - low end. Kitchenette facility adequate - needs a modern flatbed microwave though. "I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and we weren't informed. I thought room service would be available. There wasn't any service booklet to inform us of where to dine or what was close by for tourism. There was ample cutlery but little crockery for meals. 2 dinner plates, one bread plate and 2 bowls. Glasses and cups were fine. I had to get detergent and a cloth for cleaning. I didn't require room service. Otherwise the room was accommodating for our stay."
