"Stayed on 2 seperate nights in one week. Returned for 2nd night it was so good. Felt like we were minded like family. Left a bag behind and when i returmed next evening the receptionist offered me a cup of tea. I had driven a good distance and here was a person who could read how to treat and look after a guest in an empathetic way. Each and every staff member was polite and went over and above. "The hotel was really nice . Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was topped up regularly. Our room was good and the beds comfortable."

"Mostly fine, comfortable stay, however, there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, particularly when I was using the shower, which was quite unnerving. Also, the dinner I had in the restaurant was a bit disappointing; the steak was tough and the chocolate melt pudding didn't melt... it was served pretty solid and not very warm. Not really what I would have expected for the price of the meal. Other than those two things, everything was fine; nice room, good location, big TV came in handy for watching Eurovision!"
