An enjoyable 2 day stay enjoyed by me and the wife. The hotel was clean, the staff amenable and the Spa good. Only complaint was the lack of available lifts and having to wait for 5 minutes each time it was required

All the staff were brilliant especially Simon behind the bar. The hotel is very convenient for walking into the town centre. Its just a shame the room we were in is very tired with cracks on the ceiling, a hole in the wall by the wardrobe and curtains hanging off the rail but it was roomy and the bed was very comfortable.

I did like paying 18 pound a day to park my car there when i am paying good money to stop in hotel. I found the hotel to be a bit run down ,seats were worn down and cushions on outside seating some had black mold on them ,a very overpriced hotel and drinks were expensive .room was in need of tlc ,would not go back to this hotel .

The rooms were very hot with no air conditioning. Toilets near the bar were dirty and not maintained. Only one lift was working which was very small so long waits with luggage. We felt the majority of staff didn't really care except for reception team who were very helpful.

Great hotel

Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate
