"We received a friendly welcoming smile after 7 long hours on the road, which was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with an extremely comfortable bed. Even though this motel is just on the outskirts of Childers, it was only a 3min drive back into town. There's lots restaurants & pubs offering meals, with several places offering takeaway, so we could dine back in our room if we preferred. All in all, a great motel to stay in."

"Spent a week with Family at Toogoom retreat. Plenty of space for all of us to spend time together or have some chill out time. Everything you could possibly need is provided at the house which was fantastic. They even catered for the little ones (high chair, portacot, cutlery etc). The mosquitoes and sand flies are relentless during early morning and late afternoon (not just by the water but around the outside of the house as well) so make sure you take plenty of Bushman’s and mosquito coils. "

"Excellent accomodation.Checkin - host allowed us to check in early at no extra cost with the cleaner coming in early and accomodating our request which was really helpful after long travel.Kitchens - well equipped woth everything required to cook comfortably feeling at home with quality appliances.The layout of the accomodation was perfect With downstairs having two bedrooms, bathroom and a great tv games room which was alot of fun.Up stairs having a kitchenetee well eqipped with sunroom, a bedroom and again its own bathroom with great outside deck.Great property and even better could take our two dogs who had a great time on the property's well maintained and sized yard.Will definetely be back again."
