"Efficient and friendly staff "

"Enjoyed my stay. I took advantage 24 hour access to snacks and coffee bar. It was really nice to grab a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows after an evening of strolling the streets of Lyon. We also took advantage of the free happy hour snacks a few times before heading out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. I booked a room with a view of the river and loved the fact that the windows opened so I could enjoy the sounds of the city in the morning while sipping on an espresso. The only complaint was that the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor forcing you to use your towel to mop it up. Because of this I had to get clean towels everyday which isn’t very environmentally friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to transportation and sites. I traveled with my teenage daughter but feel this hotel is well suited for families with younger children too. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Our first time visiting Lyon this was an excellent choice for lodging. Extremely friendly and professional service right from the check in, nice, spacious room with a view of the Rhône river, , separate toilet, shower and double sink, clean, eco-friendly toiletries, chic room decor. Breakfast was excellent, a large variety of dishes, fresh and delicious, good coffee and tea. A very good location, walking distance to a lot of places Lyon has to offer. Truly enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend when visiting Lyon for all the excellent services they provide. "
