"This place is amazing. It is super easy to get to the main islands but it gives you a break from the crowds. The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The food was terrific (still dreaming about the breakfasts) and the balcony was a world-beating location for a spritz. We didn’t use the spa because we have a young family but I’m sure that was amazing too. Lido is so relaxing for a walk around. "

"Good location, if you get the waterbus ticket for 24/48 hours you can just hop on and off whenever and to any location. It is around €9 euros from the rialto to lido on the waterbus and if you are heading back to the airport you will need to get the waterbus aligiaro not the ACTV. It is easy enough about an hour journey and the platform is by the other Lido water platforms. Make sure you pre book a ticket or you can’t get on the waterbus to the airport as they check both ways. "Hotel Sorriso is currently rated at two star level. The room allocated to my wife and I was at least three star level. It was large, well furnished and suited us very well. There was one thing that would have made it perfect, and that was the provision of a kettle and a couple of cups. When checking out, we discussed this with the manager, who told us that she provides kettles and cups upon request. Perhaps guests should be advised of that option. Otherwise, it was an extremely satisfying stay...

"I stayed three nights with my mom at this hotel. I loved the look of hotel and it’s front porch for relaxation, cleanliness, and closeness to the beach and water taxi transportation.The breakfast was sufficient. The room was big enough with classic furniture, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect, surprisingly it even had a Bidet. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants peace and quiet, and convenience. "
