"The receptionist was very friendly lady. She was helpful and kind. The room was clean and warm but it did not have a set to serve a tea. When I realized that, I was already in my pajamas. I was distracted by a strong cleaning smell when went down for breakfast buffet. Tables and chairs (with cloth cushions) were sprayed with bleach solution. I had to put a paper on my cushion so I don’t get bleach stain on my pants because by this time all chairs were bleached due to big group just finished...

"The staff was amazing. We spent a lot of time socializing with them throughout the trip. They were warm and personable. We loved the hotel rabbit - Victor. Breakfast was good and cheap. The woman working the breakfast area was great. The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything. It was perfect. Elevator only went to fourth floor of five floors. Only 2 people could ride down or it wouldn't move. It was very small."

"Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for. This place was pretty basic, but for Strasbourg it was good value for money at just over £50 per night. Two single beds, one fits under the other to make a sort of double, a basic kitchen (two hot plates) and a fridge. We had a lovely view of the rubbish bins….the alternative was the other side which was a busy railway. It worked for us, two nights on a budget, but don’t expect luxury. "

"We have stayed at the hotel twice and had nothing but excellent service. Every person we spoke to at the front desk was attentive and friendly. The day we checked out we slept past breakfast. We ordered cappuccinos before our drive home. They brought us our drinks and some pastries all at no charge. We will be staying here again. "

"Hotel bien située au cœur de tout. Près de la gare, des restos, des services et des attractions touristiques. Tout se fait à pied. Déjeuner compris, nourriture diversifiée et fraîche. Les employés de la réception nous ont accueilli avec le sourire et bien polie. La chambre est grande et nous avions une belle vue sur la gare au 7e étages. "
