We stayed for 4 nights here, & quite satisfied with this hotel, we arrived early & early checkin was allowed, thanks to the reception staff!. The room size was OK, but only one bath towel & no hand towel was provided, breakfast was good with lots of choices & coffee was excellent. The location is excellent, very close to the railway station, & early access to any places of interest. Overall I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely stay again!

Another perfect location

What a great hotel for convenience in Strasbourg! We only had one night so wanted something central. Ibis was right near the station and a short walk form lots of sights in the city - Petit France, the cathedral and the canal. There were lots of options for dining and shopping.

We arrived at the hotel just after having had our backpack stolen on the train. My husband’s cell phone, credit card and other items were now gone. Shocked and in a state of confusion, the hotel staff was very patient and extremely helpful by allowing us to use their computer phone and connecting us with Canadian phone numbers in order to make credit card cancellations and freeze accounts. Special thanks to Hugo, Patricia and Vakho for their understanding and support. They went far beyond the regular requirements and their patience assisting us during a very stressful time was greatly appreciated. Many thanks to all who were involved.

The hotel was in great location, walking to where we wanted. The room facilities were not the greatest. There was a lamp fixed at the wall that was came halfway to the tv screen and you couldnt see anything, not to mention that showers were only made for model size people as a regular person could not fit. Also the bed was not the greatest either

Dated, dirty, all rooms have been smoked in, not good to stay if you have respiratory issues like asthma. Hotel needs a complete overhaul. I lost money because I couldn’t sleep there after check in and I had to book another hotel for the same night, and I couldn’t get a refund.
