"Our stay was amazing—from when we first checked in and were “welcomed home,” to the recommendations for restaurants, to having our shopping items delivered to the hotel—the service was exceptional. We had one upgraded room and one basic room, would definitely get the upgraded room (because we WILL be staying here on future Paris trips!) The turn down service in the evening with snacks was a special treat we didn’t expect—10 star stay!"
