The staff were super friendly and nice. The double beds are small and the head lamps lean in to the bed, noisy from outside. Overall though it’s Paris and you get what you pay for

Very friendly staff. They had a luggage service so we could leave our suitcases with them early on before checking in, then go explore Paris. What was disappointing was the shower: it was very cramped and the double door let the water out, so the whole bathroom was flooded instantly.

Great location in Paris. Across the road from my son’s flat and a few hundred yards from Gare d’Est which we used a lot. Good air conditioning. The shower was very small but other than that great value for money.

Hotel Alane is walkable from Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord with luggage, which made it perfect for our one-night stay before flying out of Paris. Our room was cozy, but enough for our short-term purpose. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi for us in the early morning. We were very pleased with our stay.
