"I needed a place to stay for Formula 1 weekend and wanted to be close to the Ritz Carlton for logistical purposes. This hotel fit that bill and is obviously not the Ritz Carlton but was a clean, comfortable and budget friendly stay. Everything worked (cold AC, warm water, minifridge) except the nightstand lights. I checked in very late around 1:30am and check-in was a breeze. I was able to park my rental car there without any problems, for free! There was always someone at the front desk...

"Family stay- The vacation is great! So close to the beach we had a room with a balcony looking at the ocean. Great view from the room. The bathroom was very nice. And there was ample closet. Space! The beds were a l Little bit harder than what we used to, but nonetheless, the room was great. The service at the front desk was so generous!. So unusual to be able to use chairs, towels, and umbrella at no extra cost. He held our luggage the day we checked out and we were able to change in the lobby...

"My room was poor in some ways, average at best, but had a good bathroom, and the hotel was good, the staff were brilliant, everytime i asked for help or directions they were so helpful and friendly, and the location was amazing, doorstep to everthing, and the beach right across the road, enjoyed my stay here, to add to my anazing Holiday, Mick G UK 🇺🇸🙂❤"

Called me knowing me from first meeting informing me me room was ready. Helped other guests by maintaining calmness. I felt better after all my questions were answered."

"We have stayed in the Richmond five times as we have always loved it unfortunately they have sold it and they’re going to bulldoze it in the next six months or so so it was uncared-for not clean I would not recommend staying here at all the food was good but you had to share your food with the pigeons"

"Overall it was decent. Keep in mind parking isn’t the greatest it’s limited and will be charged for it if you want to park in the lot (per day) and the refundable $100 deposit that I didn’t read. I didn’t recieve any room service during my time I don’t know if they offer it or you have to ask for it. If it’s just you or with a s/o then i would recommend. Not really suited for a family in my opinion. Not bad the for price especially close to the beach that’s like a 30secs-1min walk . "
