"In our room the phone didn't work, the shower head in the bathroom was on so loose that it would have flooded the bathroom if the water was put on and trusted to spray only in the tub unit. The safe wasn't "safe" because the handle was bent and left that way. The restaurant was very far away in another wing of the hotel. It was difficult to get anywhere quickly like meeting a pick up with a bus to a cruise ship. We had to call the service desk using our cell phone to fix the phone so that we could receive a wake up call the next morning. The technician never showed up so my husband fixed it by fixing the misplacement of the receiver cord. We also had to fix the shower ourselves because nobody came to fix it properly. We told the guest services and they said sorry but that was the extent of their caring about the accommodations. Ws will never go back to that hotel."

"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"
