"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated with ample space. Had everything we needed for a few nights in Zadar. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, sunset watching and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice touches such as a nespresso machine with capsules, dishwasher, magnifying mirror in the bathrooms! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend to a family or group of friends. "

"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "

"The instructions from Katarina were bang on and we had no trouble finding the hotel and the parking spot she had kept for us. We did let her know well in advance that we needed parking. The apartment was at the very top of the building in the attic, so there wasn’t much of a window and the roof line was very sloped. Not great for tall people. The stairs were also very tight. "One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday."

"Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

"This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city.
