Highly recommended in the heart of the old town

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town minutes walk from the cathedral and Roman forum. Our room was a good size with great storage. The staff member who checked us in and out was great, really friendly and helpful and gave great advice about the city.

Karlo was a great host. He was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him. He was very helpful in telling us what to see in Zadar. The location of the apartments is very convenient and very close to everything to see in Zadar. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

A very nice area! Close to the majority of sites to visit and a selections of restaurants and coffee shops. Karlos a very friendly individual at the appartement office that did give us a hand with our luggage's and did gives us a very comprehensive overview of all activities in the old Zadar and area!

ght in the center of the old town in Zadar, the location cant be any better. Its a little tricky to find at first but was mentioned and marked in the Lobely Planet map which helped. The owner was suoer helpful, showed us where to park our car for free and helped us with our luggage etc. The room itself is small but has everyrhing you need.

Out stay at Apartments Donat was great. Everything is close by - minutes away from the Sea Organ, the Forum and everything Zadar’s Old Town has to offer. The room was extremely clean and had everything you may need during your stay. The owners are exceptionally friendly and provided recommendations of things to do and restaurant options to try.

Carlo was amazing. He made sure to meet us and help us park in a narrow space. He carried our bags to the top floor and had great restaurant recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean. Small but great for our one Night stay. Parking is challenging but we Manet To find some close. We arrived late but communicated that we would be getting in late and they arranged a way for us to get key. So centrally located to old town.

The Smallest Shower in History

Very nice and tidy apartment with a friendly check in. The mattress was very stiff (the norm for many of these locations) but the shower was so small it was virtually unusable. My wife burned herself when she bumped into the shower controls and sent scalding hot water onto her. An absolutely delightful place if you don't plan to use the shower.

Great location in Zadar

The instructions from Katarina were bang on and we had no trouble finding the hotel and the parking spot she had kept for us. We did let her know well in advance that we needed parking. The apartment was at the very top of the building in the attic, so there wasn’t much of a window and the roof line was very sloped. Not great for tall people. The stairs were also very tight. However, its location near the Roman Forum was fabulous. The room was clean and the modest kitchen was enough for our purposes.
