Good size apartment with lots of room for two. Mix of good furnishings and old beat up. Balcony and washer were appreciated. Apartment difficult to find. Taxi had to drop us in vicinity and we needed lots of help to find. Apartment on 4th floor with 20 stairs for each floor; hard work getting suitcases up (no elevator). Only one key provided. Good location in old town.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 3 nights in the Zadar apartment in early July 2026. We thought the apartment was very nice. Self check in went smoothly using information sent by the owner. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and very centrally located. We absolutely loved Zadar and didn’t want to leave! While we had an overall very positive experience, there are a few things that anyone staying there should be aware of. One is that there was only one set of keys which was limiting for our family of 4’s comings and goings (we ended up using the key lockbox to share the keys). There is no direct driving/parking access to the unit - we parked about a 5 minute walk away, which was fine. Apartment access requires walking up a few flights of stairs. We stayed during a heat wave and the apartment was fairly warm when we arrived. The AC unit worked fine but only cooled the bedroom area, leaving the kitchen and bathroom areas pretty warm and stuffy - but bearable. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and thought it apartment was more or less as advertised and - perhaps most importantly to us - an excellent value. And again, we simply loved Zadar and would gladly return and stay here again.

Tha property is on the fourth floor not good for the elderly and the bath tub curtain is to small, bathtub is to high. Some floor tiles are missing.
