We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.

Great stay in the center of historical Zadar

Stayed in a Big apartment with 4 adults and 2 kids. There was room for 8 people. Rooms where very exclusive dekorated. Luxuary stay.

Karlo was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff was impolite and the units smelled bad. Location was terrific. Lots of stairs up so don't stay here if you're not mobile.

communicating with the host about arriving late for check-in was good. the host was very pleasing, however since we did arrive late and there was 3 of us. the bed slats broke and we tried to communicate to the host about it and we didnt hear nothing until the next day with a text saying not to worry about the best and that breakfast would be served. so we had just had to sleep uncomfortable and deal with it.

I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! The rooms are newly updated and it was such a pleasant surprise. My friend and I stayed in direct view of the church tower and square, which was amazing. Centrally located in old town Zadar, and the owner was so kind and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was another excellent surprise, and everything was so clean, new, and cozy! We didn't need to have the air conditioning on too much during our stay, but it's great to have during the height of the summer. Overall, such a find and I'm so glad we stayed here for our night in Zadar!

It was outstanding. Greeted at the lobby /restaurant by a very friendly host. Everything in order and was shown to the room. Given some history and great local information. Very kind and helpful. On my last night I needed a phone charger and the waiter gave me his personal charger and told me to leave it in the room. The location was ideal and the room was quiet dispute overlooking the square.

Check in was very quick. The room was located in a very convenient spot in the center of the old town, which made everything very accessible, from restaurants and grocery stores to sight seeing and historical moments. The staff was very helpful and worked to meet our needs. Everyone working at the restaurant was extremely kind and spoke fluent English, making it perfect for international visitors. The room was equipped with AC which was really helpful during the hottest days of the year. Housekeeping every other day. We absolutely would come again.

Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great.

Zadar was Fantastic

The accomodations were fantastic. Place was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Karlo gave a nice description of the city as we walked to our apartment. He did a great job of showing his love for the city. We completely understand his passion for the city after the stay, because Zadar is a great city. Location of property right in old town making walking to everywhere we needed to go a breeze. If we ever go back we'd book here for sure.
