"Quick check-in, great service! We arrived during the Cherry Blossom Festival so it was super busy. I was able to check-in an hour early and purchased a parking pass for 2 nights. Rooms were in the back of the building so it was quiet at night for us. Their fitness room and patio was locked every time we tried to entered so make sure to ask at the front (we didn't bother to). We asked for a coffee maker and microwave in our room and they sent someone up within 30 minutes to bring it to us which...

"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "
