An old hotel in a great location added to our New York experience Below average breakfast, should not be sold as something special Great value for money

Great hotel, amazing location, very clean and friendly staff.

We stayed one night only. Room was very nice, clean and furnishings were well kept, if not newer. When families are traveling, I still don't understand why the extra charge for over two people if you are renting a double room. Was $40.00 extra for our two children.

Hotel is beautiful and huge! Convenient because it is right on the monorail, but it is on the furthest end of the strip. Next time would stay closer to the action of things. But if you like the quiet side, this hotel is for you. Also has a tunnel underground for access to many restaurants, etc.

This is one of the nicest, most beautiful hotels on the strip. You just can't beat the inside garden atrium with all the beautiful flowers....the theme was butterflies when we were there a week ago, and then, while we there, they changed it all out to a bird theme.....complete with real birds in a glass enclosure. The service was great, the rooms were clean and roomy, and the food was very good also.....We also loved the pool area, with several different pools, and water temperatures. We would definetly go there again.

Clean, neat and spacey. Casino is huge but the club was comparably small and not so popular. Complementary water is also needed to hydrate customers.

Beautiful hotel, exceptional service! Stayed for several days for a cancer walk. The location was perfect, and the room comfortable and well appointed. We were given a nice upgrade from the wonderful front desk staff, and everywhere we went, the employees went out of their way to greet us, ask us if there were anything they could do, and generally just made our stay top notch! The only negative we would say, was the "courtesy car" for transportation within a specified area, was completely a waste of time to try to access, and when we did, they driver we had was discourteous, and made us feel like he had better things to do! Take a cab, or park your car - more expensive, but easier! I wish we could remember his name, because the rest of the valet staff was so wonderful, that we would not want any of them to be put into the "discourteous" category! The floor of the shower was also curiously dirty, a little bleach would probably fix it, but overall the rooms are fantastic! We would stay again, we usually stay at the Sofitel in Bev Hills, but i think we have found a new winner!
