"This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back!"

"Wonderful experience. Check in was easy and directions provided worked well. Space was nice having a 2 floor unit and 2 bathrooms. Recommend a chair to fill the living rooms for guests but overall fantastic experience."

"If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze."

"Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!"

"This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."

"Tucked away with privacy, yet steps from the sand. Perfect location for a week of fun with my 2 teenagers. Volleyball courts in the sand right in front of the property. Living space was just enough for the 3 of us and the deck to grill out on was icing on the cake. :-)"

"Easy check in. Great location for all things Santa Monica: shops, restaurants & beach. Everything within walking distance. Awesome & secure parking underneath. It’s an older apartment, but both bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen appliances are new as well. And it was very clean. "Full of local flavor...it is an older property that requires open windows for cooling. It's great because it's close enough to the water so the sea breeze is refreshing. We didn't need a car because there was so many great things within walking distance and parking was a nightmare. Ride sharing was always available too."

"The property was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spa-like. We appreciated the rooftop sofa and coffee table outside, otherwise there wouldn’t have been anywhere to eat the breakfast which we had delivered. There weren’t really many dining options within walking distance, but the main tourist areas were a short drive away. "Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "

"The neighborhood is great and the host is amazing. But the property is old and needs a lot of repairs. There are no blinds (or blinds that work) on many of the windows and the interior condo structure lights are right in front of the bathroom windows making it bright at night. The condo was dusty and there was food and grime under almost every piece of furniture. The carpets are just plain gross. The coffee maker had days old coffee left in it. The host really needs to fire the cleaners!"
