Wonderful Property

We enjoyed while staying there. It's good enough to accomodate 6 people. Property location, cleanliness and description was fabolous. I recommend it love to stay again in future.

Great location!!

This condo was excellent! Awesome location and great amenities with the pool, hot tub, and fitness center on site! Close to excellent restaurants plus bonus as it is close to LAX! The host was easy to reach and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

Stayed for a week while babysitting our 4 month old granddaughter while her parents worked. very spacious comfortable condo and had everything we needed for a pleasant week. conveniently located to Abbot Kinney. would stay here again!

If your looking to be near the beach this is a great spot. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach. Parking spot (+guest spot!!) was great to have even if the garage is a maze.

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved our stay! The owner was so kind and let us check in early after a long flight from australia. The communication was amazing and she was always happy to answer any questions. Highly reccomend, would definitely stay here again

Family vacation in LA

The property was as described. It is a spacious space for 5 people. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of exploration. Plenty of options for food in walking distance. Checking was very easy with detailed instructions.

We were blown away by how beautiful and comfortable this apartment was! It was spacious, with large walk in closets, and the decor was truly amazing. You can tell the owner paid careful attention to detail to make our stay ultra-comfortable And the beds and bedding, holy cow, better than home! Plus...neatly wrapped beach towels for the pool and spa, every cooking utensil you could ever need in the kitchen, a Keurig, great fridge, laundry .. great 👍👍👍😃

Nice condo in pleasant area

The check in process was efficient & our host was a pleasure to deal with. The condo building is well situated close to the Marina, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. A short drive to Venice beach. The condo itself was well maintained & equipped for a relaxing stay.

Big, clean apartment

Easy to check in - vidoes showing where to park and get round were really useful. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Huge, clean flat, well kitted out. Right next to a big supermarket and a short drive or nice walk to the beach. Good location for Venice Beach and exploring further afield.

Spacious appartment in Marina Del Rey

We enjoyed our week in this appartment close to Venice Beach. It was very spacious, well equipped (Kitchen, TV, etc.) and our host was absolutely supportive during our check-in process! If you want to be a bit away of the rush in Venice but still close (in walking distance) to the beach (20-30 min) this is a great place.

Booked the property for a weekend night while visiting family, I will definitly come back for a longer stay. The title encompasses all. Everything is first class and above expectations. And the location and accesability are great. But above all, the communication with the host is magnificent. Highly recommended!

Very nice, spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and big smart tv. Comfy bed! Excellent amenities (pool, gym, BBQ area). Great location, convenient to Marina, South Bay, Santa Monica and freeway. Ralph's right next door. Host was terrific, very responsive and helpful. Best check-in and parking instructions we've ever had! Highly recommended VRBO.

Clean apartment in central location

Our family stayed 3 nights over a long weekend to see a concert at BMO Stadium. We did not rent a car so we wanted short Uber rides to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica pier as well as the airport and BMO. This unit fit great. Perfectly set up for two couples to gave privacy with essentially 2 master bedrooms with their own bath. I had lots of questions about directions/recommendations for the owners during our stay and always got an immediately helpful response. Definitely recommend this one for anyone coming to visit the area.

Comfy & Convenient!

Jenny the host was quite helpful! She emailed detailed check-in instructions, well ahead of check in time. The unit is located in a great location in a large secure complex, the parking is secure as well and it even has guest parking. The unit was quite comfortable for my family of three! The beds and bedding were very comfortable!! We all slept very well!! There were plenty of nice extra blankets and towels. It’s located in a large building with secure parking. She also provided a video of navigating the parking structure, but I was alone at the time, so I had a hard time watching it & driving, so I initially couldn’t find the parking spot. When I let her know this she quickly sent me a text with, turn by turn written instructions, then I easily found the parking spot, which was conveniently located right next to the elevator!! This building is close to everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Accommodations

The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Had to rinse everything I used. The sliding glass door was very hard to lock. There was a piece of baseboard by the kitchen table. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and scared me to death. I called 911, but it took about 15 minutes to shut off. People walking around, no one knew what was happening and no one seemed to care. The pool was not very clean and it was cold. The hot tub was fine one time and lukewarm the next. Not very enjoyable pool area. I liked the accommodations though.
