This hotel is situated in a prime location in the heart of times square and steps from the subway. R Lounge has the best view of times square as well. The room seemed to be a little on the small side but it had everything it needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel choice right in the heart of Times Square. The lounge has an amazing panoramic view! Room was clean, staff very friendly. I went for a "girls weekend" but would recommend for couples and business as well. Hotel is uniquely decorated while still being comfortable and inviting. A must-stay in Times Square.

“Great Location”

This hotel is fabulous, the location is perfect for most tourist sights within walking distance once you get your bearings. We are from London so being right in Times Square at Christmas was a wonderful experience even if it was overcrowded and full of traffic. We had a room on the 17th floor which had a great view and wasnt too noisy. The room had 2 double beds and was big by NY standards and cleaned daily with fresh towels and coffee supplies. A hairdryer and iron/ironing board available in room too. Be careful as we were charged for 3 days use of the mini bar which we didnt use but this was quickly rectified and as a previous reviewer said, the $8 charge for a bottle of mineral water is way too excessive, just buy some from the store across the street for $2. We didnt eat in the hotel as we were out most of the time so cant comment there, we did take a peak at the view from the dining room which was amazing. We had a drink at the bar on our last evening and found it pretty expensive but we found wherever we ate it was pricey unless you want BK or McDs! We didnt ask the staff for much but they were helpful when we did ie directions, hailing cabs, storing our luggage before a late flight home etc. We would definately return but not at Christmas and have recommended it to friends who are visiting in July. Couldnt really fault this place at all.
