Some of the other guest were very loud in the middle of the night (yelling out on the beach) and the sliding balcony door was not as sound proof as we would have liked. "The fridge broke down on us. The AC broke as well. One manager wasn’t very accommodating when we expressed our complaints but Kana’i (Manager) was extremely great! every interaction with him was so nice! He’s so genuine and welcoming. Even when the soap dispenser in the laundry room took our quarters, he offered us 2 soaps, which says a lot and that he goes above and beyond for guests. And the valet fellas were also so awesome and helpful!"
