“Richmond Quest Serviced Apartments”

Close to MCG and just meters away from the Richmond shopping district, we found the serviced apartments nice and comfortable and central to what we needed.

Room was very good - lift had very dirty floor - not good first impression.

very clean we stayed in a exec apprt for 2 balcony on 2nd floor it was just peaceful and clean and the staff were very helpful not just about the appartment but also the surrounding area in terms of directions and where to eat which was very helpful. we will definently be staying again. thank you. s jacob.

There was no power to the kitchen appliances in my room, and nothing could be done, apparently, as maintenance staff had left for the day. The receptionist was lovely, and did allow me to boil a kettle downstairs in her area. Insufficient parking available - many people use this hotel when they have relatives at the nearby Epworth hospital - I was told parking needs to be booked 2 weeks in advance - impossible to do when a surgeon gives 4 days notice of a medical procedure being done. The room was spacious, clean and relatively quiet.
