“Cockroach Hotel”

Stay here if you like but here is my experience. Booked a queen and got two doubles. Hotel front desk manager said they had only doubles. He said it wasn't his problem. Got the room and found a sub par room. Hotel was rated 4 stars and should be demoted to camp ground status. Finally got to sleep and was awoke to wife screaming because a very large cockroach ran over her foot while she was using the bathroom. Finally got back to sleep and awoke in am to a line of ants to the wifes purse. Cleaned out the ants. Got ready and took the shuttle to the airport. We get there only to find the driver left a bag on the ground outside the hotel roundabout. Had to go back and retrieve the bag. I have stayed at countless hotels in many countries including third world countries and have to say they made the bottom of the list.

“Hotel Osuna Barajas, Madrid”

Hotel is not a 4 star, it is barely a 2 star hotel. It is far away from Barajas city center. No room service. Room was very small, beds were uncomfortable and very thin. There was construction going on during my stay, paint signs posted everywhere the day I checked in. Internet was not free and expensive by spanish standards. Will not stay there again, Avoid this hotel.

“Great Stay Near the Airport”

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very welcoming and quite helpful. Although the bed was not as comfortable as we were used to at home, the hotel restaurant was AMAZING and made the cost of the stay worth the expensive taxi ride. We had two fantastic meals while staying there and would stay again for the ease and culinary experience. Thank you for the great time, we look forward to using your accommodations again, Hotel Osuna!

“Very good value for the visitor or business traveler”

Good hotel located in a high class residential neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to the subway station serving the Madrid area. Exellent for the business traveler or non harried tourist. I have been pretty impressed by the restaurant at the hotel, it is expensive but certainly worth the price. Tip: schedule at least 1 hour for the wait and commute from the Madrid airport terminal to the Hotel.

“Nice Airport Shuttle”

We had difficulty finding this hotel on the metro/bus line, but we also did not ask the hotel for directions before arriving. The hotel is in a residential area, but there is a huge Corte Ingles about a 10 minute walk away, and restaurants and other shopping. Other than that there isn't much around. This is a good hotel if you need to go to the airport early in the morning. The Lobby of the hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Our room was in the back building. It felt a little unsecured since it is not attached to the lobby and we didn't have to use our key to get into the building. The room was normal, decorations a little dated, nothing spectacular, but clean and spacious. Our neighbors came and went several times throughout the evening, and you could hear the door slam everytime it opened/closed. The pool looked very nice, but it was December, so that was not an option. The shuttle was very convenient and it was a quick ride to the airport. We took a 5:45 AM shuttle with no problem whatsoever.

This is a good location for convenience to the airport.

“TERRIBLE service and misleading advertising”

With 32ºC or 90ºF they turned the air conditioned off in the whole hotel because it was September and summer was over (there was no room with air conditioning). So we have to open the window and sweat all night. They advertise having air conditioner in their site(it doesn`t say is a seasonal feature of the hotel). Additionally, many people was smoking outside and we have "to eat" all what they smoke in a non-smoking room, with a lot of noise since we had opened the windows. It was TERRIBLE and front desk people said they could do nothing to put air conditioning to all rooms. They do not care if there is hot weather and you can not sleep.

“Great deal!”

located in a small residential area, this hotel was much better than expected - we needed a hotel near the airport for the last night and this was quite cheap so didn't know what to expect. About 30 minute walk from the metro to get into Madrid and in quiet area. Has a nice pool. free shuttle to and from airport. Rooms are outside in different buildings. Would definatly return!
