"I loved Chichis and Charlie’s because of the locations being only steps away from the blues of the ocean. There were free lounging areas, and although simple, the free breakfast was enjoyable because of the views. Our room had amazing views being on the third floor, and I will book the same room when we return. For the price, we didn’t expect anything special, and we did get the minimum of things: nice large bed, 2 sets of clean fresh towels, some soap and shampoo, and AC that allowed us to escape the humidity at the end of the day. We slept so well with the AC on. The restaurant of the hotel located right in front of the hotel closed at 8 pm, so everything was quiet except for the bars behind the hotel. We could hear karaoke and rap music until 4 am. Just shut the bathroom windows. Our room got cleaned up everyday, so we were able to use fresh towels when we returned to our room. We loved the views from our balcony, and we will surely book again in the future. "

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The pool facing the semi-private half moon beach was heaven. Enjoyed the smaller dipping pool too. Close walk to North Beach and Calle Hidalgo for all the places to eat. I can't wait to come back."

"We've stayed here about 4 times now, for a reason. We used to stay @ Aluxes before it became Adults Only, but our daughter loves the pool here and how nice everyone is."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very quiet and enjoyable stay. Only real complaint was that the ocean was really not very accessible. It was difficult getting in to an area where you could enjoy the water. You have to go through obstacles of rocks and seaweed. Other than that the room and facilities were clean and accommodating."

"This was exactly what we were looking for. Tower room was clean, fresh paint and tile, water was super hot, water pressure was amazing, in room safe, ICE cold a/c. Steps from the beach. Liked the water coolers around the resort to refill bottles. If you are just looking for a room with bare amenities this is a place to consider. You can rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for about $30usd and bring your own food and drinks. Very close to food, taco carts, convenience stores and restaurants. Possible negatives for some- We aren't pool people so the small isolated pool wasn't a issue for us. I am not there to watch TV either but the TV is 19" and only fuzzy local channels. We would definitely stay again!"
