“Very impressive location”
Nautibeach Condos is located within the walking distance of the ferry terminal and faces the best beach of the island. It has got a private space in the Playa Norte and also affiliated the restaurant. called Sunset Grill, in which you can have a romantic dinner at the sunset time. You can have a view of the beach at breakfast and lunch. Hotel staffs are generally friendly and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. However, it is better to prepare for mosquitos if you travel in the rainy season. We have to also note that the hotel comission to arrange a day trip to Chichen Itza was expensive. Overall, this is a very good hotel and is highly recommended if you like to have a very quiet holidays.
“Just do it!”
Location, location, location!!! Outstanding grounds and magnificent pool. Staff very cheery and helpful. Security very good and look/feel is great. Best pool on North Beach by far and lounge chairs are free to use for guests both at the pool and on the beach (at least a $15 USD value per chaise). Easy walking distance to anything you need and an outstanding place to experince North beach and the main town. Highly recommended - interiors of room are "luck of the draw" in that they are condos owned by individual owners...so taste varies, but very clean and water service is very good considering the overall dearth of water. In room potable water and full kitchen. The rooms are 4 star plus and the grounds are better than that and pool is right up witht he best. Great stay - wish I was there right now!!

“Best on the Isla!”
Simple rooms - now have TV, but no phone to reception. Free wireless. AC in rooms + fans. Not overcrowded - there both weeks either side of Easter - there busiest weeks. No problem for beds/parasols around pool, even at 10 or 11 AM (bed reservations not required!) or in the afternoon. Best location on the beach, with the only groomed beach seen on the island (just Nautibeach Condos) with ample space for beds and umbrellas placed on request by the ever present attendants. Pobably best overall option inc rooms/location/pool/beach on the island.
“Great property.”
This was a wonderful property. We loved everything about it and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 1 which I wouldn't recommend as it is right on the hallway where everyone goes by to the other rooms, at times late at night and people were loud. The office and maids working area is also right there so if you wanted to sleep pass 7AM it wasn't possible. I will definitely stay there again but request another room.
“Isla Trip”
Helpful and efficient staff, although we made the mistake of rushing to the beach before getting the drill. Beach can get crowded, but if one is well organized an early morning visit to the lounge chair jefe can solve most problems. Get the skinny on the local activities from the reception staff, and then make your plans. Recommend the massage for adults particularly at the end of the trip after you have done the dolphin rides and snorkeling!
