"Really enjoyed our stay here- lovely hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and great location near bus, train and ferry. Safe area, good food options on waterfont and nice restaurant onsite. Enjoyed having pool, spa and fussball table and even the special treat of a lolly jar at reception! Quiet rooms- didn’t hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Clean rooms and good service. Only down side was our double bed was very soft and mattress sloping off to side so not the best sleep. Otherwise...

"We were on an overnight business trip. The hotel is convenient to our meetings. Reception was always busy. Did not receive any VIP benefits. Maybe the check in person was too busy dealing with multiple queries from travellers. Hotel is a bit dated, but comfortable and value for money. Breakfast was good."
