"The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights on two consecutive weeks, but had 4 separate bookings so it was quite complicated for the check-in staff to comprehend. However, on arrival we were given the same room for the five days we booked and we were given a wet room as we had requested a walk-in shower. We were very pleased with the service.
