"Very good hotel overall. We can easily see it was recently built. Location is great, just 10 min walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. It's located nearby two big bank buildings so we can see a lot of business people during lunch time. The AC was a little bit weak in my room, but they were nice enough to come and check it out, also they made sure to leave an extra card in the slot so that the room could keep its cool temperature all day long even when we were absent.
