“Hanoi's best - definitely worth if u r prepared to give a bit extra”
Probably the best hotel in Hanoi and worth the extra money. Very happy overall. They offered a late check-out to 1pm by themselves, which was great, especially when you are used to be "gently kicked out" at 10am in western countries.
“Hanoi's best hotel by far”
The Hanoi Intercontinental Westlake is a true 5 star hotel. Everything about the hotel is spot on. I have stayed in many hotels through out the world and in my opinion this hotel is the best i have stayed at.

“Supreme Serenity in Hanoi”
This was one of the most superb locations to be in in Hanoi. A short, cheaap taxi ride into the bustle of the city with a delightfully quiet and serene return each evening. We joined the 'club' and found the staff almost like family they were so warm and welcoming. Anyone who wishes to experience Vietnam but does not want the noise and bustle overnight should head to this magical hotel.

Staff were very efficient to ensure that our needs were met and changed our room to suit our family requirements. Breakfast was superb, rooms excellent and amenities fantastic. Loved our stay and would recommend to others. concierge very helpful and provided great recommendations
“Best Hotel Stay in Hanoi.”
Check in at the Intercontinental hotel was fast and smooth. The size of the room and the level of comfort was better than what we expected. The concierge at the hotel was extremely helpful and the staffs all speak excellent English. We will definitely stay at the Intercontinental West Lake again when visiting Hanoi.
“Best hotel in HaNoi”
Intercontinental HaNoi is one of the best five star hotels in Vietnam. The location on West Lake is breathtaking. The service is outstanding with superb check-in and concierge service. It is undoubtedly above my expectation. It is expensive relatively to other hotels in the area but not relative to North America standard. The price is comparable to 3 or 4 star in North America.
“perfect service, and impeccable club intercontinental”
We have decided to take the club intercontinental upgrade, and the hotel upgraded the room, offered breakfast, amazing cocktail, some pressing, free internet, that was quite a deal. the employees were very polite and extremely helpful and fast to any inquiry. the hotel is 10 mn from the city, which is very good as the noise of the thousand of motorbikes in the city would not allow you to have a nice sleep.
“Great hotel”
A lovely hotel, perfect for chilling out and relaxing. Good food, excellent sunset bar with a lovely manager, don't expect to be pestered in to ordering this is the place to chill out enjoy the music and look out over the lake from the couch or beds. If you want serving smile and wave and they will be over to take your order. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely with doors opening all the way across the balcony over looking the lake. Very comfy beds and a large bathroom with separate shower and bath as standard. I would go back tomorrow.

We had dinner buffet there since the hotel is a bit far out and there aren't too many choices.it's pricy and the food wasn't worth the money.
